Every Electric Transport Shop has a workshop with experienced eBike technicians. Most of our stores have original staff which means there's a wealth of knowledge built up over years not to mention the collective eWisdom available to our team.
There's nothing like a finely tuned e bike. Its more efficient, more fun, faster, quieter, safer...a joy to ride.
That's why we offer excellent value service packages, and have the industries most knowledgable workshop mechanics ready to keep your electric bike in tip top condition.
Every ebike purchased qualifies for a free 1st service and tune up within the 1st 3 months of purchase. We are delighted to see our customers come back for this.
Once you have enjoyed hundreds or thousands of eMiles you'll be keen to enjoy many many more so we offer Stages 1-4 servicing to ensure you can.

Collection Notice - You won't want to be without your eBike (or other item) for long and we work fast to ensure this however on the odd occassion you may need to leave it with us for longer if for instance you have a holiday and will be away. This is not a problem however if eBikes (or other item) are left uncollected without agreement we need a policy for this which is: Collections must be within 3 days of the bike being ready unless otherwise agreed and a storage charge of £10/day may be charged from the 4th day onwards. After 7 days the item is moved to storage and after 30 days we have the right to dispose. You will have no right to compensation because the product will be deemed abandoned.
