Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Returns and Exchanges– for electric bikes and accessories

If you need to cancel the order or make an exchange under the distance selling regulations you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item after which you will have a further 14 days to return the item. To do so please download the return form, complete it and include with the returned item. It couldn't be easier. We will process your exchange/refund as soon as we receive and open your return.

Items must be returned to the store you bought it from or your nearest store if purchased online. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are non refundable. If shipping costs are subsidised the actual shipping costs incurred will be recovered from the original payment before any refund is issued. Any charges incurred by us will be recouped before a final eachange or refund value is settled.

Refunds can only be made to the original card used for payment and if not known or available then we can at best offer a store credit to be used against future purchases.

Items must be returned in their original condition complete with all packaging, manuals, labels etc.

Custom, customised and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Riese & Muller eBikes are always configured to customer specifications and are therefore special orders and sales are final.

Used eBike Returns - We don't want you to be stuck with a bike you don't feel is right and so we accept returns for used bikes up to 28 days after purchase on the following conditions: 1. The condition is like new 2. All components and component packaging are present 3. Our actual costs (not the subsidised amount you may have paid) for shipping, customisations and £10/mile of use will be charged for (minimum £100) along with a £50 restocking fee. 4. Used eBikes can only be exchanged and not refunded and this is entirely at our discretion.

Faulty Items
Faults - If your order arrives damaged or developes a fault we will use our wealth of experience as the UKs' very first ebike specialist to solve the issue quickly for you. Based on our support call history less than 16% of cases have required a visit to one of our stores. You can return a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days after which we reserve the right to have the opportunity to repair any faults. If you need any assistance we are here to help (even out of hours) simply contact, your nearest store or use our contact form.

Opened eBike Parts

We cannot accept returned eBike parts if the packaging has been opened. This is because components connected to faulty bikes may be damaged. To avoid disappointment we have a no nonsense professional diagnosis service available at all of our stores for a very reasonable set fee.

Thanks to its off-road capability, transport options and the optional DualBattery, the Nevo GT is an ideal touring bike. A low centre of gravity ensures safe handling. It's not just the ride that has been designed to be sporty – its looks too: the striking frame has been improved for the GT model by integrating the battery, which makes it technically a very unique low rider – and visually a high flyer.

Integrated battery

Power from within.

The concentrated power of the 500 Wh battery is so perfectly integrated that it is easy to miss at first glance. However, once located it is very easy to remove: just pull downwards in a single movement – or simply charge it directly on the bike. The integration into the frame protects the battery from moisture and stone chips while riding.

The DualBattery Technology perfected by Riese & Müller ensures twice the range or far higher climbs, fewer charging breaks and longer-lasting riding pleasure. The batteries are so cleverly positioned that the extra weight has no noticeable impact on riding behaviour – and yet both are easy to remove. The design of the Nevo GT is all about integration. The battery integrated into the frame and the elevated chainstay give it an especially sporty look. The chainstay also allows versions with a durable and easy-care carbon belt drive.

 

 

 

 

 

GX option and heavy duty package

An E-Bike as individual as you are.

If you like heading off on tours, riding in town as well as off-road, then select the GX option – a first-class component combination of all-terrain tires, wide flat pedals and ergonomic bar-end handles. However, if you need an E-Bike for heavier loads, you’ll be well served with the optional heavy duty package with its considerably more stable stem, handlebar, saddle and pedals, increasing the permitted total weight to 160 kg.

Accessories

Frame lock

Park your bike wherever you want. Only you can take it away. The frame lock clicks shut simultaneously with the battery lock, so you only need one key for your E-Bike.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hydraulic disc brakes

The hydraulic Magura MT4 disc brakes deliver maximum performance, no matter what the weather. The large brake discs allow the braking effect to be distributed most effectively. They don’t produce rim wear and impress with their consistent braking performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carrier with MIK system

Baskets and panniers can be attached to the carrier with just one click using the MIK system from Basil. This extraordinarily stable system allows you to quickly swap bicycle accessories fitted with a MIK adapter plate. Accessories can be obtained from your dealer.

The Intuvia Display gives you full control and a perfect overview at all times. It provides information about battery status, range, daily mileage, total mileage, ride time, current motor power, time, speed and average speed – clearly legible in any level of sunlight. It is operated by a control unit conveniently mounted on the handlebar grip.

 

 

 

 

SmartphoneHub

The Bosch SmartphoneHub and free app turns your smartphone into a display which combines the functions smart navigation with live weather, fitness data and much more. Other services and apps on your smartphone, such as music playback, can be controlled at the same time. But it also works without a mobile phone: in this case, a display integrated into the cockpit shows key riding data.

EQUIPMENT OPTION

GX option

If what you like is to go off paved roads, you can equip your E-Bike with the exceptional Schwalbe Rock Razor all-terrain tire. The flat blocks in the highest section have a very low rolling resistance for fast travel on straight sections. The solid studs on the sides guarantee a very good adhesion, especially when cornering.
