GRAVITY CASTING
Gravity Casting moulds liquid aluminium into highly complex frame sections, resulting in extremely strong structures that can better withstand stress. For example, with our Hybrid models we're able to produce a motor mount that's optimised to cope with the loads placed on it in this specialised application, without adding unnecessary weight or sacrificing strength.
FULL INTEGRATED BATTERY
The Full Integrated Battery system tucks the power of Bosch's battery out of sight, safely inside the confines of your bike's downtube. Hidden beneath a splash and dust-proof cover and secured with a lock to prevent theft, it allows us to design beautiful e-bike frames that are as brilliantly functional as they are good to look at.
INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
Cables connect your handlebar controls to vital components like gears and brakes, but there's no need for them to get in your way. With Internal Cable Routing we've reduced clutter and maintenance by running cables through the frame, keeping them out of the way of dust and water contamination – or damage from abrasion – as well as cleaning up your bike's appearance.
KICKSTAND/FENDER/CARRIER MOUNTING POINTS
Accessories like a kickstand, fenders and luggage carrier can really extend the versatility of your CUBE bike. We designed mounting points that integrate so neatly with each frame, you'll barely notice they're there – but they also provide a simple, strong and secure attachment for any future upgrades.
MODULAR BATTERY SYSTEM
In many ways the battery is the heart of an e-bike. That's why, with our Modular Battery System, we've made a setup that's easy to use. You can charge the battery on or off the bike, and we've made room for even high capacity batteries. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.
SIZESPLIT
The right bike should fit you perfectly. That's why we created SizeSplit. For shorter riders, the smaller 27.5in wheel standard allows us to build frames that fit well while remaining agile and sure-footed. And, for taller riders, we built a range of sizes around the fast-rolling 29er wheel standard. Completely new for 2023, our versatile and rugged Reaction Hybrid Performance is built around Bosch's quiet, powerful Performance Line motor with 75Nm torque. It's Bosch Smart System-equipped and capable of accepting a battery up to 625Wh for worry-free longer rides. There's a clever flat mount for an optional kickstand, an option to add an integrated frame lock, and mounting points for a multi-tool or lock under the top tube. We even incorporated a tool into the seat clamp, and internal cable routing and a new speed sensor setup translate to clean lines and minimal maintenance. And, with a Trapeze frame option and SizeSplit, it's easy to find the perfect fit for you.
