Davina is delighted collecting her Haibike Trekking 4 electric bike.
During the summer of 2022 to help increase awareness of electric bikes we ran a prize draw to win a Haibike Trekking 4 ebike. This was featured in the Guardian, the Daily Mail and several social channels. We asked Davina a few questions to satisfy our curiosity and to help her to get the most out of her new Haibike electric bike.
1. How did you feel when you discovered that you have won a Haibike Trekking 4 worth £2599.
Once I remembered entering the draw and realised your email was legit I was really happy.
2. What will you use the ebike for?
I will use it to go cycling with my husband and to stay active. We have beautiful scenery and cycle routes where we live and I’m really looking forward to exploring these with the ebikes help.
3. Were you looking to buy an ebike at the time?
I had been considering an electric bike but found the choice daunting and didn’t know where to start. I have a back injury which impacts my ability to cycle but we live in a rural location and being able to get out with Steve and enjoy it all having the Haibikes assistance when needed will be so wonderful.
4. Have you seen an increase in popularity of electric bikes where you live?
We come from a very small village and this will be the 2nd electric bike that I can think of in the village. I guess I will be one of the trendsetters!
