Returns and Exchanges – for electric bikes and accessories
If you need to return or exchange an item, please login select the order you wish to return and process a return request. It couldn't be easier. We will process your exchange/refund as soon as we receive and open your return.
Items must be returned to the store you bought it from or your nearest store if purchased online.
If you have any queries regarding a the return of a faulty / unsuitable item please call your purchasing contact, your nearest store or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Items must be returned in their original condition complete with all packaging, manuals, labels etc.
We cannot accept return parts if the packaging has been opened. This is because components connected to faulty bikes may be damaged. To avoid disappointment we have a no nonsense professional diagnosis service available at all of our stores for a set fee of £50 (not including moped style e-Bikes).
