First and foremost, thank you for choosing us<\/strong> for your eBike journey. It’s more than just a purchase; it’s the beginning of many great adventures. As you’re getting to know your new eBike, we’re here not only to ensure a seamless ride but also to enhance it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial Setup May Require: <\/strong>The handlebars to be adjusted and pedals to be installed. Although we fully prepare electric bikes before despatch we have to remove the pedals and the handlebars or turn handlebars before shipping to fit the bike into the reinforced box. We have to recommend that you have the bike checked and remaining assembly completed by a qualified ebike mechanic after shipping. Adjust the saddle height for comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The handlebar\/stem bolts<\/strong> most commonly should be tightened to between 6-8Nm but pls check the manual. Care needs to be taken when installing the pedals<\/strong> which are sided and both sides screw in with the top side turning towards the front (clockwise on right hand side, anti-clockwise on left hand side).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial Battery Charge:<\/strong> Please complete the first full charge before riding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
