V9 won\u2019t be perfect, and we would very much appreciate your constructive feedback.&nbsp;&nbsp;Some features such as ride tracking, and the live dash are not yet fully complete and will be available soon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We apologize for any inconvenience Google and Apple have caused. You\u2019ll need to upgrade to V9 to stay compliant with Google and Apple\u2019s latest app rules. There will be regular feature releases and bug fixes over the coming months as we collect your feedback.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New App Login Procedure<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V9 will use the same username and password you use on the\u00a0gocycle\u00a0webstore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have previously ordered from\u00a0Gocycle\u00a0and have a username and password, after you update the app to V9,<strong>\u00a0use the same\u00a0gocycle.com\u00a0webstore username and password to login to the app<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you purchased your Gocycle from a dealer, or second hand, or don\u2019t have a\u00a0gocycle\u00a0username and password,<strong>\u00a0use the same email address as you currently use for the pre-v9 existing app.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are setting up a new Gocycle and you don\u2019t have a\u00a0gocycle\u00a0account yet, just download the V9 app and you can create an account via that app.\u00a0\u00a0This same account username and password can be used to login to\u00a0gocycle\u00a0webstore in future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you still require further assistance, please do not hesitate to\u00a0contact Gocycle Customer Support Team\u00a0and they will be happy to support you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate your patience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Gocycle<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following press release from Gocycle February 2024: Dear Gocycle Owner, Due to changes made by both Google and Apple, Gocycle will no longer be able to support our current GocycleConnect App. However, we\u2019ll shortly release a significant new update to the GocycleConnect\u00ae app (V9).
