Two friends and I had decided to get ebikes. After some research we had some idea of what we wanted and came to The Electric Transport shop in York and met John. Within a few minutes it was clear he was someone who very much knew what he was talking about and more importantly was keen to provide what we wanted rather than sell us what he had available. After time spent establishing the right size bikes for us it turned out there was only one available in store. Was that a problem? Not at all. A few phone calls later John had sourced the right frames and then built exactly what we wanted. Everyone sorted and happy. Great service from people who clearly know what they are about. Want an ebike? This is a good place to go to.
