Admittedly, when you hear the word Cargo E-Bike, not everyone immediately thinks of fun on two wheels. But this changes when you sit on a Load with Control Technology. The optimised chassis and the finely tuned full suspension not only ensure optimum comfort, but also a safe ride at higher speeds and excellent road holding. Vibrations and hard shocks, such as from cobblestones or kerbs, are significantly reduced and you remain in control even in tricky situations. Optimally positioned reflectors ensure you are quickly noticed in the dark. The cargo area and the optional carrier are co-sprung, so that your load is perfectly protected.

Never before has a Riese & Müller E-Cargo bike offered so much space for your loved ones: up to three children can be comfortably and safely accommodated on the Load 75. Well-protected under a practical cover if it's raining. One of the children faces the rider while other two sit facing the direction of travel. The extra spacious footwell prevents your passengers from getting in each other’s way. Which is guaranteed to contribute to a relaxed shared riding experience.

The low centre of gravity, the many individual cargo equipment options and the sophisticated Control Technology make the Load 75 perfectly configurable for all requirements. Adjustable seating position

Grows with its tasks.

Thanks to the angle- and height-adjustable stem and the adjustable saddle height, the seat position can be altered to accommodate body sizes from 1.50 m to 1.95 m and adapted to preferences from sporty to comfortable. The overall geometry of the bike can be perfectly adjusted to the rider in just a few easy steps. This flexibility is unique among E-Cargo bikes and makes the Load ideal for shared use, for example within a family.

The latest and 4th generation of the Cargo Line Cruise motor is the most powerful E-Bike motor ever to have been produced by Bosch with programming optimised for E-Cargo bikes. It sets totally new benchmarks with up to 400% pedal assistance, a maximum torque of 75 Nm, powerful start-up characteristics and pedalling rate assistance of up to 120 rpm. It cannot fail to impress with its excellent dynamics, ultra-low pedal resistance, reduced weight and small dimensions, which provides for ultra-aesthetic and unobtrusive integration.

If you like heading off on tours and also riding off-road, then simply equip your E-Bike with this first-class component combination: Schwalbe Smart Sam Plus All-Terrain tires with SnakeSkin side wall guarantee outstanding grip, especially when cornering, and extra-secure puncture resistance. The wide flat VP 538 pedals provide grip for your feet.

Smartphone docking and additional display

The Bosch SmartphoneHub transforms your smartphone into a display and communication system, in which all functions are combined: intelligent navigation with live weather, fitness data and much more. It is convenient and reliable to operate using buttons on the handlebar or voice control. Your smartphone is automatically charged during your trip. But it also works without a mobile phone: in that case an integrated display shows key riding data.

Children and cargo

Three children can be easily transported thanks to individual seats and a comfortable footwell. Instead of the third child seat, you can also use an extra luggage rack that offers additional storage space.

Low side walls

The low side walls, made of weather-resistant plastic, are recommended for transporting normal everyday things.

High side walls with hard cover or tarpaulin

High side walls can be used for securely transporting larger loads. The optional tarpaulin conceals your cargo and protects it from dirt and rain. The waterproof hard cover is securely bolted and lockable and keeps your cargo safe. The cover can be locked in the partially opened position and the storage space equipped with two comfortable, separate seats for optionally transporting children.

Transporting children

Two comfortable, height-adjustable child seats with adjustable sitting and sleeping position and low side walls for safe travel. The seats can also be fitted individually and centrally. Cargo Accessories

Carbon belt drive

Anyone riding an E-Bike with the Gates CDX carbon belt drive is at peace. And in two ways: on the one hand the innovative drive offers a wonderfully smooth ride and great riding comfort. At the same time, it is unbelievably low-maintenance and performs its tasks with the utmost reliability.

Frame lock plus optional chain lock

The permanently fixed Abus Shield frame lock means that your E-Bike is secured in an instant. The optional 130 cm long chain is also latched into the Shield so you can quickly lock your bike to the nearest lamppost. Especially practical: the same key works for the frame lock and the battery lock.

Co-sprung luggage carrier

There’s always the carrier if the front storage space is not enough. It is ideal for attaching panniers, making it perfect for longer bike trips too. Since it is secured directly to the frame, it also benefits from the suspension thanks to Control Technology.

Headlamp with permanent lighting

Depending on the model, Supernova’s or Busch & Müller’s LED headlamps provide consistently excellent road illumination whenever you go for a ride. They are supplied with power by the battery to guarantee full lighting power at all times. On the HS models, the brake light ensures that you ride even more safely.

Intuvia

The Intuvia Display gives you full control and a perfect overview at all times. It provides information about battery status, range, daily mileage, total mileage, ride time, current motor power, time, speed and average speed – clearly legible in any level of sunlight. It is operated by a control unit conveniently mounted on the handlebar grip.

SmartphoneHub

The Bosch SmartphoneHub and free app turns your smartphone into a display which combines the functions smart navigation with live weather, fitness data and much more. Other services and apps on your smartphone, such as music playback, can be controlled at the same time. But it also works without a mobile phone: in this case, a display integrated into the cockpit shows key riding data.

High side walls with tarpaulin

High side walls can be used for securely transporting larger loads. The strong tarpaulin conceals your cargo and protects it from dirt and rain. When it's not needed, simply roll it up and lock it at the front.

High sidewalls with hard cover

The high side walls with a waterproof hard cover are ideal for protecting larger loads during transport. Lockable and firmly bolted in place, the cover reliably secures your transport goods. It can be locked in a partially opened position and two comfortable, separate seats can be fitted in the storage space for optionally transporting children.

Low side walls with child cover

Children can easily get to their seat with low side walls – and yet are still well protected on the road. The practical cover protects them from stones, dirt and rain and can be opened at the sides in summer for an optimum, cooling supply of fresh air.

ACCESSORIES CARGO AREA

Two child seats

Two comfortable height-adjustable child seats with adjustable sitting and sleeping positions for two children aged up to around eight years. The seats can also be fitted individually and centrally. Padded 5-point belts guarantee excellent safety for your children, while the footwell provides plenty of comfort. Equipment available only in conjunction with side walls.

Two separate seats side by side and a single seat at the front enable up to three children to be carried. Padded 5-point belts ensure greater safety. Longer journeys are no longer a problem, thanks to the optimum layout, comfortable and adjustable seating positions and the footwell.

EQUIPMENT OPTION

GX option

If you like riding your E-Bike off-road, then simply equip it with first-class All-Terrain tires. The SnakeSkin side wall of the Schwalbe Smart Sam Plus tires guarantees exceptional grip especially when cornering. A 3 mm protective cover around the inner tube provides extra-secure puncture resistance. The wide VP 538 flat pedals provide grip for your feet.

LOCK

Additional chain 130 cm for lock

The solid Abus chain lock, as well as the Abus Shield frame lock, secures your E-Bike twice over. The 130 cm long chain is latched onto the frame lock and the bike can be quickly attached to the nearest lamppost. The chain thickness of 6 mm ensures a high level of anti-theft protection. Especially practical: Frame lock, chain lock and battery lock all use the same key.

CARRIER

Carrier Load

If the front storage space is not enough, there is always the optional carrier. It is ideal for attaching panniers, making it perfect for longer bike trips too. Since it is secured directly to the frame, it also benefits from the suspension thanks to Control Technology. On the HS models, the carrier is fitted as standard.
