You are about to buy a diagnosis and simple repair for your electric bike.

Collection is included as long as your bike can fit in a box no more than 185cm x 85cm x 25cm and weighs no more than 39Kg all packed. Larger or heavier packages will incur additional costs.

Please note the following:

1. Simple repairs  requiring no parts will be undertaken within the diagnosis fee but other costs may apply and if they do we will notify you before commencing with the repair.

2. You will have to box your bike adequately for transport. We offer this service without any liability on our part for transit damage to your bike. We can send you a box for an additional £15 although we suggest getting your local bike shop to box it and ensure it is  well protected for transport.

3. The offer above excludes electric bikes that look like mopeds or scooters because these bikes generally contain few standard UK or EU bicycle components and have lots of plastic easily damaged in transit with replacement panels rarely available.
