The LX is perfectly specified for a low maintenance all round day to day ebike. You will be astounded at the power, range and weight characteristics of the Smarta ebikes.

The all new LX8 has an 8 speed internal Shimano hub gear with an internal rear hub brake. It is only  £100 more than the 3 speed version, and the best option for hilly areas.

This bike is delivered 95% built so it requires less assembly than any other ebike we sell. All you really need to do is fix the handlebars into position, pump up the tyres, charge the battery and check the brakes and gears (unlikely to need adjustment out of the box) before setting off.

You get a 2 year warranty (excluding consumable parts), a 1 year battery warranty, and each model has an inspection certificate as these bikes are quality controlled to an extremely high standard.

The LX 3 and  8 speed versions both offer ultra-reliable low maintenance Shimano hub gears, durable sealed bottom bracket axle and for easy transportation on car/campervan racks you get foldable pedals and the wheels are built with the highest quality stainless steel spokes.
