10 year battery warranty for electric bikes
We now have 200 customers taking part in our 10 year battery warranty program and it is closed to new customers. It will prove to be great value for our customers that have taken part and we hope to re open the offer in a few years time when all costs can be calculated.
We can still use our battery expertise to ensure you get the best performance and longest life from your machines.

We are always looking for ways to offer our customers more.
The largest running cost electric bike owners face is battery replacement.
From £312 for a Powacycle battery, £535 for a Wisper 14Ah battery to approximately £800 for a Koga Miyata battery. Batteries are not cheap, especially if they do not last the average 2 - 3 years for a good quality battery.
We would like to call our warranty 'FREE' and although that is technically 'TRUE' you may think it isn't altogether honest so here is the catch:
We assume people using their bike frequently will require a twice annual service to keep the bike in top condition. We ask you to entrust us with the care of your electric bike and to have those services at our stores. We will issue you with a warranty service log book and a transferable (you can sell the ebike with the remaining battery warranty) 10 year battery warranty.
Currently we charge £50 per full service.

Powacycle Salisbury & Windsor
SMARTA GT, LX8 and Fx
Wisper 905, 705, 906, 706 models

If you are unable to bring your bike to us for servicing it does increase the risk we would incur with the offer but we can offer a monthly payment option instead. Please call or email for details.
