Outreach Service - electric bike repairs
We are able to repair all electric bikes, even when the original parts are not available anymore. Often the manufacturer will have gone out of business leaving you stranded. We can help! Bring your bike to one of our repair centres in person, or:
For a small collection and diagnosis fee (£80 for most ebikes) we will collect your bike, diagnose the problem, repair and return to you.
You can order a collection here and we will contact you to make arrangements.
Please note the following:
- Simple repairs requiring no parts (eg. a loose connection) will be undertaken within the diagnosis fee. If further expense is necessary then we will notify you before commencing the repair.
- You will have to box your bike adequately for transport. We offer this service without any liability on our part for transit damage to your bike. We can send you a box for an additional £15 although we suggest getting a good box from your local bike shop or asking them to box it and ensure it is well protected for transport. If your bike is disassembled more than the pedals, front wheel and handlebars we will have to charge for the time to reassemble.
- The offer above excludes electric bikes that look like mopeds or scooters because although we CAN repair them, they tend to have lots of fragile plastic panels easily damaged in transit with replacement panels rarely available.
- We use TNT to collect. The weight limit is 39kgs. If your package is going to be more than this then let us know and we will advise a revised Outreach price. If you do not tell us and the weight is more than 39kgs or the box size is larger than 185cm x 85cm x 25cm then you will become liable for meeting our increased collection costs.

Workshop Rates
Our experienced workshops are always busy! Please note that it is usually necessary to leave your bike with us for a few days for work to be completed.

All other repairs are charged at a fixed rate of £50 per hour plus parts as necessary.
