Delivery
To give you the best deal we absorb some of the delivery charge of the electric bike into the cost of the bike.

Delivery within the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland & the channel Islands) £25

Delivery to the rest of Europe is £100 (it is expensive sending bikes to you in the rest of Europe but we do absorb some of the cost to show that we are good neighbours to have)

Delivery to Baltic states and Turkey please order using the european rate however we may have to change this. We will contact you before making any amendments to the price.
Delivery is usually next day by 3 depending on the time of your order.
Deliveries to Europe can take up to 7 days if you live in (for example) Turkey.
Heinzmann Estelle electric bikes are built to order and therefore orders are usually despatched within 10 days but may take longer during busy times. If you feel you've been waiting too long please contact us and we'll check your order progress.
If you order an ex demo or an ex hire bike the delivery time may take a little longer because the bike will have to be carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit.
