Announcements

08/05/2013 - The Electric Transport Club is launched and TETS York shop is being setup. Exciting....and tiring at the same time.

20/03/2013 - FREE - Up to 2 week ebike loan / hire for your business (if located in the same town as our shop). Drop us an email and we'll deliver a fantastic ebike for you and your colleagues to try.......  great for getting the lunchtime sandwiches!! Or try your commute on one...  you might be surprised at the results!

11/03/2013 - Ask us for a demo of an INCREDIBLE Storck Raddar ebike. These are the Rolls Royce of ebikes. Demos currently in London, Cambridge & Bristol

09/08/2012 - After careful consideration, Cambridgeshire County Coucil Travel Plan Plus have added another 2 Smarta LX electric bikes to their free loan scheme. If you work on the Science Park and you haven't tried one then get in touch soon. The performance and reliability of these bikes is exceptional. In 4 years and many, many loans, not a single failure. What more can we say?

14/07/2011 - We are continuing to love the A2B HYBRID 24. It's some serious competition and a close rival to its big brother, the Metro. Conclusion: One of the smoothest, fastest and most powerful pedelecs we have tested. The torque sensor works better than on any other pedelec we have tested. A vast improvement on the earliest versions of this bike, the current version is powerful and satisfying to ride.

15/01/2011 ... Got an old broken eBike in the shed? Get it to us and get it repaired - the cheap and easy way! For the courier's fees we can collect and redeliver your bike using TNT. We'll diagnose the problem(s) without any further cost and will phone you to let you know what is required and the cost involved before going ahead with any work. Any bike sent to us is entirely at your own risk so please ensure it is properly packaged. The whole bike must be packed in a carton with the handlebars and pedals removed from the frame (easy - ask if unsure). If you need a full size bike box, we can send you one (folded up) for £15. Just ask. Please note that if you live within 40 miles of one of our stores then we would prefer for you to bring, and collect, the bike in person. This saves time, money and reduces the chances of damage in transit.

Click here for our Opening Times Our shops are always busy, and our staffing policy is quality rather than quantity. We only employ experts - and by keeping our overheads down we are unique in being able to have real shops AND great prices. Our opening hours are slightly unusual as a result so please check before you travel to avoid disappointment.

Cycle To Work schemes - why get any old bike when you can have an Electric Bike...  TAX FREE!
